RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

I am personally invested in each piece I create. That's why it is extremely important for me that you are happy with the portrait I painted for you. If you have any issues or concerns about the artwork you have received, please contact me immediately. 
I strive to address any issues promptly and provide you with a positive experience.

Returns are accepted for a full refund within 14 calendar days from the delivery date shown in the tracking. A refund will be processed within 3 working days of the receipt of the returned product in its original condition.

Please contact me for a free return label should you need to return an item.

Exchanges are not provided due to the custom nature of the items.

Cancellations for custom portraits are accepted for a full refund if requested prior to the week I schedule your commission for. 

Cancellations for prints are accepted for a full refund if requested before the order is shipped.
